The architecture magazine Cartha was invited to contribute a special issue for the German pavilion at the 15th architecture biennale in Venice. The publication reflects on migration movements and their consequences. The booklet is supposed to be a migrant inside the exhibition space. Every contribution within the book can be seen as a part of the journey searching for «Heimat». This movement is made visible throughout the book by the evolving design of every contribution’s cover page.
The first edition consisted of 12 copies. The book is currently developed further and will be published during 2017 in collaboration with a swiss architectural publisher. Stay tuned!
